By downloading, installing, or using the BodyViz mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the application immediately.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: BodyViz is strictly an educational, heuristic, and motivational visual model tool. It does NOT provide medical advice, nutrition advice for clinical conditions, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical prediction of weight, metabolic changes, or muscle growth.
All body morph visuals, Glycemic index alerts, and Body Impact Scores are simulated mathematical estimations based on generic databases and should never replace qualified consulting with professional dieticians or clinical physicians.
M M Info Care grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to run the BodyViz Android binary on private mobile devices under your physical custody for individual educational use.
Because the app runs entirely offline, you are solely responsible for local storage backups. Any export or import of meal history records using the cryptographic JSON function is handled entirely within your local storage context. We assume no liability for data loss or corrupt backup formats.
Transactions (Annual subscription, Lifetime Pass purchases) are processed exclusively through the Google Play billing interface. Refunds, payment configurations, and subscription cancellations must be managed within your Google Play Store account panel. Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to deploy updates, patches, or database adjustments. Since processing is offline, database performance is contingent on your device's available processing specifications.
